All meetings of the Kearney Catholic Board of Education, except executive sessions, shall be open to members of the parishes and to the parents of children who are receiving their education at Kearney Catholic High School.
The right of non-members, visitors and parents, etc., to address the Kearney Catholic School Board shall be limited to those whose petition to speak before the board has been approved and added to the agenda. The request to be added to the agenda needs to be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting.
The School Board reserves the right to waive the 48 hour stipulation when it deems necessary.
