ALL 7^TH GRADE STUDENTS MUST HAVE A COMPLETE PHYSICAL BY THEIR PHYSICIAN AND THE FORM TURNED IN TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE BEFORE THE 1^ST DAY OF SCHOOL

Families who wish to apply for tuition assistance need to click on the FACTS link. Doing so will connect you to the FACTS website where the application process is initiated. Applications must be completed by June 15^th is order to be in the June review. Applications that are completed after June 15 will acted upon when the committee meets in July and August.
